Meet the Phone Safety Coaches

Phone Safety Coach

Five years in hands‑on phone support taught me patience, the kind you only get when a grandmother hands you her phone with tears in her eyes, afraid she lost every picture of her grandkids.

I have sat with hundreds of Austin seniors at AT&T, speaking slowly, no rush, no judgment, until the fear turned into "oh, that's all it was."

Now Tatianna and I bring that same kitchen‑table calm to scam protection, so no senior ever sends their savings to a thief.

At home I've got a wife I adore and two very little ones who keep our hands full and my heart even fuller. That same care is what I bring to every senior who needs help.

If you or someone you love needs patient, trustworthy help, we are here.

Phone Safety Coach

Working inside major phone companies taught me what most people never see: the panic in someone’s eyes when their screen locks up, a strange text appears, or a scammer is on the other end of the line.

For years I’ve been the person customers turn to when they’re scared they’ve “messed something up” or think they’re about to lose everything on their phone. I learned to slow down, listen first, and explain in plain English, no tech talk, no judgment, until they could breathe again.

I’ve helped countless seniors spot red flags, shut down scammers, and regain control of their devices. Every time someone says, “I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone,” and we fix it together, it reminds me why I do this.

Now, alongside Brandon, I bring that same calm, step‑by‑step support to protecting seniors from phone scams and confusion. Whether it’s a suspicious text, a pushy caller, or a confusing setting, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

If you or someone you love needs patient, respectful help with phone safety, I’m here.
